NEWS UPDATE: EMPIRE TEAM PREVENTS A FRAUDULENT SALE OF 2 HECTARES OF REVOKED PROPERTY ALONG LEKKI – EPE EXPRESSWAY
Brief and straight to the point;
We conducted due diligence for a client with respect to the purchase of land along Ibeju Lekki having beacon number SC/LA CM 3815WK.
We discovered that, although the title documents are in existence, they have been revoked by the Lagos State Government and the area covered has been acquired by the government for public purpose.
The seller still tried to sell the property but we were able to advice our client to stay off and discontinue the transaction as he will be buying a property that has been revoked.
